Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with Home Assistant remote access via Nabu Casa.
I can’t reach my Home Assistant instance using the Nabu Casa URL, but access via the internal IP on my local network works fine. Local access is stable, only the external URL fails.
Has anyone experienced this before or has an idea what to check first (DNS, certificates, Nabu Casa status, router/firewall)?
I can provide logs or configuration details if needed.

There is not a single solution for this, but it's likely that HA is not connected to the service in one way or another.
