Hello,

I'm trying to add brand new Eve Energy plugs to Home Assistant using the open thread border router and the app is always saying: "Your device requries a Thread border router".

Using an Yellow Home Assistant:

Firmware switched to thread
Configured OpenThread to use /dev/ttyAMA1
IPv6 network working ok from the Home Assistant (I can see it on my adapters + I have my own network too on my main router)

Still, It doesn't configure the plugs... has anyone experienced this before? (Note: I don't have any Apple HomeKit or Google Nest hubs)

under the thread network settings did you select Use router for Android + iOS credentials on your openthread border router?

did you select send credentials to phone in the companion app in the same section?

I did, but it doesn't sync. Just: "You don't have any credentials to import"
