Helloo,
I am currently creating a monitor desk lamp for a university project. The lamp is matter-compatible and therefore we are also testing it with homeassistant (as google home/apple home are not exposing as much features yet).
Our lamp also contains a light sensor to measure ambient light. Based on that we want to sync the lamp brightness to the environment.
We saw that homeassistant supports effects on lamps and are wondering if a lamp added via matter integration can also have effects mapped onto this?
E.g. we found matter modeselection (https://csa-iot.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/22-27350-001_Matter-1.0-Application-Cluster-Specification.pdf) 1.8 Modeselection, page 71
Would this be mapped onto "Effects"?
I would appreciate any comment on that :)
