what device is it and how is it connected?
I have a feeling that this is an issue with the device itself, does it have a firmware or settings?
I had similar issue with a shelly rgba, i had to force it in a specific mode.
I have two of these lamps, and one of them works perfectly.
how are they connected? are they wifi? I cant tell from the website (even when translated)
can you see the firmware versions? is it same between working/not working? perhaps factory resetting it might get it to realise what its supposed to be?
i suspect its the bulb rather than the integration thats at issue.
They are Zigbee-enabled. What do you think is wrong with the lamp? Do you think something just burned out or something?
my guess is that its potentially gotten the wrong firmware or perhaps there is an option somewhere. perhaps event a small switch on it somewhere.
given you have 2 working and 1 causing issues it seems to suggest that its an issue with the device. maybe was something strange gone wrong during handshake too. hence resetting and rejoin as an idea. if no joy can you send it back and get it swapped out maybe?
Small switches don't. It worked at first, but now it doesn't anymore. Where can I find the firmware version in HA?
I have tried several times to reset the lamp. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. No, I've had the lamp for a long time.
on the device page.
I actually believe they don't have any firmware
well they will have some of some sort, usually its code a code for zigbee stuff i beleive but its something to compare between the working/non-working
