Hiya,
I'd like to import a list of ingredients from an excel file (Probably CSV) into HA and get it to read each item and place it into the HA shopping list.
My plan being is that I choose a meal plan/recipes in my excel sheet which will automatically generate a list of ingredients from all the recipes. I'll then trigger the automation to read that list and place it into the to do list.
My question here is, how to carry out and structure such a setup and also where to store the files so that HA/Node-Red can access them each week with ease.
I've successfully setup washer/dryer notifications in node red, but that's as far as my experience goes. Decent at Excel and python/C# so basic principles should be good. Still, feel free to dumb it down.
