I got an ZBT-2 yesterday and migrated my z2m network to it. No problems there.
Then I reconfigured my old ZBT-1 to use thread and I have a HA OpenThread Border Router showing up under Other Networks in the Thread Preferred Network configuration. The Google Nest Hub is set as the Preferred Network. But I can't set the HA OBTR as preferred network. I tried "send credentials to Home Assistant" and "Sync Thread Credentials" in the Companion App > Troubleshooting section. I will deliver any additional information...

alternative way and i think better path would be to make zbt-2 join your existing network. do you have issue with currently prefered thread network ?

I am using the ZBT-2 as my new zigbee coordinator without problems and I want to reuse my old ZBT-1 as OTBR, since the display on my Nest Hub died.

yeah, i think its fine to add zbt-1 to your existing preferred network. you want to import google thread key first if you haven't already

I guess that is exactly where I am stuck. I have OTBR up and running and it shows up in the Thread configuration... Clicking on "Send credentials" works fine and returns Credentials Imported, but the open thread router does not change, I still don't get a phone icon or the circled i...
