Hi all,
Just bought a new ZEN20 from Zooz and it included just fine but for some reason it has a bunch of extra switches for controls that don't seem to do anything? And outlet 4s switch errors but there is a light control for it that works. It's rather strange? Is there a trick to make this behave better? I've attached what it looks like and the error for switch 4.

I did a re-interview and that seemed to clear up the outlet 4 issue. I just added it cleanly and brand new to HA so not sure why it hiccupped the first time.
I'm still confused by what switch 6 and 7 are supposed to do. They don't seem to change anything on the device.

AFAIK switch 6/7 are actually sensors for the USB ports. Z-Wave has no concept of binary power sensors, so this is the closest thing Zooz could use.

Hmm ok. That's what I was wondering. I plugged my phone in but it didn't charge. Not sure what's going on there or if I landed a unit with bad/dead USB ports.
If I take the same USB cable and phone and plug it into my UPS it charges just fine.

I managed to get a mouse to charge off one of the USB ports. But even with that charging the switches 6 and 7 both show off still.

I'll try and find the email from Zooz. I remember asking about that when they sent me the ZEN20 for testing
