Hi all,
I am new to Home Assistant, I was able to configure a lot of zigbee products to HA using Zigbee2MQTT and now it was time to control them with Voice.
So I bought a HA Voice Preview Edition but, as I was configuring it, I tried to follow this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KDvHNYRLSuI , but for some reason, as I plug the device to electricity, the Home-assistant-XXXXX Improv via BLE Integration does not show up automatically.
Once I tried doing it with installing only ESPHome, and it requested my wi-fi credentials, and then the login to NABU Casa, but as I tried to login it just said "Unkown Error".
So I factory reset the Voice PE , and same with Home Assistant Green.
But still I cannot get the Improv via BLE to show up.
Does anyone know how to solve this?

if you flash the firmware via usb on your desktop with THIS tool then you can add your wifi creds which means you dont need to use ble as it will already be on the network and you can set it up directly.

BLE improv is only to use BT to connect it to your wifi network. then from there stuff is done by wifi.

As I thought it was a hardware problem in my Voice PE, I returned to the store and now I am waiting to get a new one
But I am sure going to try this as soon as I have it again
