I have 2 light switches setup in Cync that do not pull over into Home Assistant when I login to the official Cync integration. I've tried removing the integration and re-adding it but they never show up. Is there some trick that I need to do?

seeing something similar, the official integration doesn't seem to pull devices in, but the older one does - though now it has trouble with something else.

Yeah what’s going on here? My devices are messed up and automations have stopped! Plus this is supposed to be “official” “bronze” tier integration but doesn’t work at all?

I’m sick of screwing with these. Nothing wrong with the bulbs or the GE app. It’s the HA implementation that sucks. I agree this is supposed to be an official bronze integration. It is by far the most troublesome thing I have tried with HA.
