#Unable to add Matter devices

I currently have 62 nodes connected to my Matter Server. They are light bulbs, power strips and power plugs of various manufacturers.

This has been working pretty well with the exception of a few devices in some occasions going offline until they get reset and re-paired.

I've been trying to add new devices and failing every time though. On my iPhone I start the pairing, reset the device and I can see it grabbing an IP via DHCP from the router, and I can ping its IP at that point. After that, it hangs on "Setting Up" for about a minute or 2 until it times out with "Unable to Add Accessory".

This has now happened with 5 different devices of 2 different types and from 2 different manufacturers.

Is there a limit to the number of devices, or is there something wrong with my system?

Best I can tell from watching logs, this is the point when it times out:

Did you find a solution? I'm unable to add any new or old devices now.
