hi im having issues updating and see new versions
it doesnt matter if i use an philips hue bulb or ikea or Aqara or Third Reality none are being able to update or check version
info im using an sonoff zigbee dongle conect to hass no vm straigt to an pc running hass

Home Assistant doesn't enable Zigbee updates for Philips Hue, Ikea, or Aqara by default - see https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/zha/#advanced-ota-configuration
You can manually enable some additional firmware update providers via yaml config file.
third reality should work, tho. It might show "unknown" if it simply hasn't checked for a firmware update yet - I'm not sure how often it checks.

I don't know about ZHA but zigbee2mqtt actively discourages firmware updates if you don't need them:

ZHA has third reality updates enabled by default as part of the "Works with Home Assistant" program. It supports a bunch of other providers that are disabled by default. IKEA in particular is disabled by default, since they've released updates that have removed functionality.
(tho some Ikea updates are good, I think one fixed battery reporting on RODRET)
