Best way to fix these issues after disk corruption?

Yesterday my proxmox server lost power and it completely corrupted all the disc. Today i managed to recover the disk image for hass an with a fresh install and I copied the whole supervisor folder from my old installation to the new one. Currently I re added most of my devices and I'm fixing the automations but i still have all these issues from the disk which I'm not sure how to fix. Unfortunately I didn't make a backup (I know) so I don't have anything to restore it from

have you done a filesystem check on harddisk already? I think this should be the first thing to do.

It will likely be that after the powerloss, the harddrive became corrupted, copying files from a corrupted hd to new install will have errors on it.
