New to HA. I don't get anything when I plug the ZBT-2 into my HA Green. I've done restarts and reboots. I found the firmware update tool and tried the Zigbee and OpenThread versions with no success.
Where do I go from here?

That's the site I was referring to. Neither Firmware makes a difference.

if you do that you should be able to see the ha CLI
you can then run
ha core update --version 2025.11.3
which will direct it to grab the specifc version (which is the latest)
but your OS also looks to be out of date
so can also try running
ha os update --version 16.3

I bought the HA a while ago, but didn't do anything with it until now. So this makes sense.

I got you, sometimes updates get "stuck" hopefully after getting everything up to date they will prompt you on updates again

Core update is processing now.

with the os being quite old if it doesn't work we might have to do it in stages.
even if you get core on latest you definetly want to get OS updated too to avoid other issues
