And I know you already tried some of the debug steps I sent, but that’s all available at the moment. This feature needs refactor.
OK, I can try some of those things. My main point though is that it has been working 99.9% reliably for over 6 months in the exact same configuration, until last week when HAC was updated and it began misbehaving. I am pretty much convinced that something was done then that broke it.
It happened before to other users that an updated looked like it broke complications updates but it was just something stuck between watch and phone communication. If i have time I'll check next week, but for now your best chances are trying what I commented.

Out of curiousity, GPT tells me that I can push complication updates with Notifications. I might look into that if the remove/reboot/reinstall doesn't help. Is that subjected to the 50/day limit?
