Hi guys i just added the person tracker from HACS, but our phones infos are not in real time, but they update every few hours, which is pretty bad. Any fix? All iPhones (XR, 14 pro max, 15)

what is the integration name that you installed? there isn't anything called "person tracker" that I can see. and how is actually tracking the devices?

but the problem, is that the devices infos, updates every few hours, not in real time

From the Companion App go to settings > companion app and check out the settings there to ensure you have them set to update location where appropriate for your use case. Keeping in mind that it can effect your battery usage on your phone.

also, on the card it says im 2.5km from my house, but im in it, and at the bottom it says that it got updated 4 days ago

what do yoy mean? the card? its because i could add an image but i didnt for now because i want the devices to update in real time and work properly before
