HA runs on my NAS which is a AMD Ryzen 3 4300. I'd like a couple of cams for looking into the garden and maybe poking out to see when the bin lorry arrives. I also want to do some simple recording and detection, will these be a good place to start?

I know I'll need injectors, this is a bit of a test until I get some cables run in my home.

those are good cams, supported in haos and running flawless with excellent AI detection. Fully local, no cloud needed. In short: Good choice.
Be aware that 2-way audio does not work in haos in general.

I'm not worried about 2-way so that's fine. I'm mostly interested if I have any cute critters coming by than security

AI detection for vehicles, animals and persons. Maybe a small Poe switch would help here. a small 5 port PoE switch would do fine

I'm setting up cabling for other stuff, so I'll have the network unpowered and just inject before it pops outside. Now where did I put the really big drill... I don't have any hardware yet but I've been looking at a cheap 2nd hand card as my NAS has plenty of spare PCIe slots
