#Power graph stacking order

I love the new power graph (ideally it would also support forecast entities for each existing entry).

However in order to have the area under the consumption white line show correctly what's powering my load (in my case either grid, and all solar goes to battery, in which case solar should stack on top of grid. Or solar/battery, in which case there is no grid consumption, so solar can still be stacked on top of 0 grid)

In the screenshot it is visible around 11:30 that the stacked order is wrong, the grid is stacked on top of solar making it look like it's solar powering the consumption while in reality it's the grid)

There is no way to get this right for everyone right now. Most people use solar first and then supplement with the grid so this is the current order.
To fix this and other such issues with the other charts we need to add configuration for energy flows to grid and battery so we know what is charging the battery at a given moment or what is exporting to the grid

#

It is on my backlog but there is still alot of lower hanging fruit for improving the energy dashboard

I understand, we'll need either configuration for on-grid/off-grid or pv priority (power load or charge battery). (or indeed separated path/flow config)

It's so strange because it's correctly displayed for energy usage

power is just borked

Pretty much. We have to add configuration for the actual power flow but for now we have to assume

Oh the power graph doesn't show you which source power what. Just how much everything is

It's strange because the power flow addon/integration shows it correctly
