Anyone else encountering errors with the Alexa Devices integration?

I saw some people have success after deleting Alexa Media Player from HACS. I’ve never had that installed, so I’m not too sure what my issue is.
I’ve removed the Alexa Devices integration and going to wait a day or so before attempting to add it back.
My theory is Amazon introduced new rate limits on certain Alexa endpoints this month, although I have absolutely no confirmation of that, purely speculation based on the error suddenly being received
