ZBT-2 no power, no discovery | Home Assistant | Page 1

I received my ZBT-2 today, screwed in the antenna, and plugged it into my RPi Home assistant server.... and nothing happened. No lights or smoke. A Power meter show 5V power is making it to the ZBT-2 (see photo).

Any ideas on what to try next.?

You may try another USB cable.

OK. I replaced the provided cable with a known good one and same result... No lights. No discovery

I never get that far. Nothing happens when I plug it in. I'm running basic ZHA. Could this have something to do with my installed version (2025.9.4)?

Yes, you need to be on 2025.11 or later
