How do I choose what lists are shared between me and my woman vs what lists are private in Home Assistant? We can both see each others but we need better organization between some notes, but others should be just me or just her.

There really aren't user-based or role-based "private" entities in HA. The closest option would be to remove the ToDo Dashboard from the sidebar and create a new custom dashboard that shows ToDo cards with defined Visibility based on users.

OK, would doing it that way still allow each of us to have the to-do list widgets on each of our smartphones and just have our own lists?
