Hey all, Ever since i migrated to a HA Green I have to very frequently, re-setup my android client and re-enable the tracking and all the sensors.

I have read through a bunch of posts and tried the following ...

  • erase storage from the android app, including the cache
  • deleted my user tokens from HA server, then deleted the Android app cache and storage before deleting the app to reinstall and start over
  • I was getting low on storage so i did a recorder.purge, after that didn't help, i added more storage to the HA green but the issue continues to happen still.

Every time this happens, the android app ALWAYS automatically sees the server, but it just takes me through the device setup, enable tracking, etc.

As i'm collecting the details for this post, i am noticing that my HA updates didn't all apply(add-ons updated fine), assuming cause of storage. so i'm applying them now.
but still going to post this in case the update does nothing to help

Alright, I went through the relavent steps in that article.
I still get logged out and then content errors when I try and log in.
I'm able to login through the browser with the same credentials and I don't get errors.
At the moment I can't login through the android app

I've tried re-adding my phone with different names and still no connection

I just started trying the app on my iPad and it seems to be working so far, except I can't seem to add matter devices at the moment
