HI all, I am looking for a button or remote to put into the shower. (To control music assistant :D).
I have found the "frient Smart Button"(https://www.frient.com/products/smart-button). It fits my needs, but maybe there are (better) alternatives?
Zigbee, Bluetooth, WiFi and Z-Wave are fine. Thou it would be my first Z-Wave device.

shelly make a "tough" version of their BLE based button - https://www.shelly.com/products/shelly-blu-button-tough-1-black
its IP54 which is probably fine for shower use. a couple of companies maake zigbee ones i think but nothing specific that i would recommend.
you could also use a normal one and seal it in a plastic bag 😛

I was skimming through posts and spotted this one. The first thing that came to mind was to use a magnetic door sensor through the glass. Next came my mental-mad-scientist designing a 3d printed actuator to move the magnet in a convenient way.
