Hi,
I want to achieve nice music spread along my house and using HA voice assistant.
I don't want crazy expensive setup.
I thought about going Voice PE, but which speaker to equip it with? I currently have 1 nest mini.
I tried the Athom echo small But it cannot hear me well to far..

I was thinking about the satalite things but don't know much about it.

Need assistance,
Thanks!

What I did (you may not be able or even want to) was pairing my voice PE with a 2x50w amp and connect it to ceiling speakers. It's probably the cleanest setup, if you are willing to make holes on the ceiling for the speakers and have a way to pass the jack audio cable. I had so it was easy for me. The amp was very cheap, less than 15€

By this setup can you sync the music between rooms?

@eager saffron I didn't know about the isolation transformer. I do get some buzzing sound if I configure the amplifier beyond 40-ish % power

#

luckily I don't need to because 40% of 100w is more than enough unless you are commited to throwing a rave

I will. I'm more worried about noise coming in to the microphone than the noise coming out to the speakers really

#

in the audio recordings I was able to hear a faint buzz

hopefully it will work in both directions
