I’m moving house in a few weeks and looking to install a security system that is relatively simple to install and get up and running as there will be plenty of other things to sort out having just moved. However later down the line I want to have the option to integrate the system with HA to be able to do more with it. Does anyone have any recommendations for within the UK?
SimpliSafe and Ring look like the easiest to get up and running but not sure how well they work with HA or if there are any alternatives
TIA

both will need subscriptions i believe, Ring for certain.
Eufy?
does that integrate well with HA?
eufy... the company that basically made everyones systems public then lied about fixing it for a while.
ring has its own issues
Cameron Gray on youtube has had a series on moving to new place and wiring/setting everything up etc..
whilst potentially not "easy" its maybe worth looking at these videos:

then for cameras use frigate with open and supported cameras.

We'll take a look at all of the hardware in detail, take a look at the installation process and run through the configuration process. Finally, we'll take a look at the completed system up and running!
In today's video we'll be integrating my Texecom Premier Elite burglar alarm system with Home Assistant using a ComIP module and the Texecom2MQTT Home Assistant Addon.
