I just received my HAG and followed the guide. Both the mobile and desktop app keep searching on home network. I tried the manual without success. Any advice?

If home assistant doesn't get downloaded, there is nothing to connect to. The only real way to investigate this is by connecting an hdmi display and usb keyboard to the green to check what's going on

Unfortunately no. That's a bummer. It's connected to my router via ethernet. So it's not a 1-2-3 easy setup.

Do you have multiple routers or a pretty flat and basic network?
