Die to circumstances out of my control, my power will go down from time to time. Can anyone recommend a UPS that supports safe shutdown? Getting really sick of deleting my entire database each time it corrupts

I've only used apc so I can't say its better or worse than any other ups but its pretty reliable from my experience. I have the smart-ups 1000 and I use powerchute in a docker container to shutdown my stuff. If you don't want to use powerchute im sure you can plug the ups into your ha system and have it do run a node red command when it switches to battery.

I use a cyber power ups, works fine have it plugged into the nas which runs nut and other devices run as a slave off that to get the shutdown if needed.
