shy drift
Hi,
i run MQTT / Mosquitto on a 192. Subnet. Those 172. messages are spamming my log. I would like to get rid of them.
I read forum posts from 2018, but they were not really a help to identify and get rif of the messages. Mosquitto watchdog is NOT running.
I run HA on Proxmox with:
Home Assistant OS Core 2025.11.2
Supervisor2025.11.2
Operating System 16.3
Frontend 20251105.0
Those are the messages.
2025-11-15 23:05:29: New connection from 172.30.32.1:34340 on port 1883.
2025-11-15 23:05:29: Client <unknown> disconnected due to protocol error.
2025-11-15 23:05:30: New connection from 172.30.32.1:34342 on port 1883.
2025-11-15 23:05:30: Client <unknown> disconnected due to protocol error.
2025-11-15 23:05:31: New connection from 172.30.32.1:34344 on port 1883.
2025-11-15 23:05:31: Client <unknown> disconnected due to protocol error.
2025-11-15 23:05:32: New connection from 172.30.32.1:34352 on port 1883.
Any config i can do somewhere ?
