I just did a major upgrade to my network. ALL of my devices have new IP addresses.
I see no ways in the UI of homeassistant to change the IP addresses. What do I have to do to get my devices working again? Philips Hue is especially frustrating, I can't find any settings for this...

Stop core and replace with new one.

ok, I ran that, all it sees is an entry in the core.config_entries file
I'm doing it again, but I already stopped core, changed that line, and restarted, but it replaced the value I set with the previous one when I started the core
