Is there a clean way to migrate from Z2M to ZHA without having to re-pair devices?

I am going through the exact same thing today. Some people mentioned buying a second dongle so you can go slow but as far as I saw, there was nothing

I believe there is a way that zha discovers your devices over time if you just start it up without overwriting the network settings that were used in Z2M. This a quote for the main ZHA developer puddly: “Then ZHA will "steal" the old network and discover+initialize devices on it as they try to communicate. This only really works for devices that communicate after they join, Aqara ones usually just send and never are awake to receive. So you may need to take out the battery to reboot them or to outright rejoin them”

Also he mentioned if you check for updates under the system/updates in HA Core, it sends out a broadcast and can help accelerate the process. You still may need to rejoin some devices but this is better than having to do them all.

So far it seems like the mains powered devices/routers join just fine but battery powered ones don't. I'll give it all a bit more time.

chance you have to re-pair the battery devices.

You may be able to get good behaving ones to join just by waking them up while checking for updates.
