Hello, I am repurposing a small closet to put my desk setup into and want to use an LED strip for lighting. I am currently looking at a couple options such as RGBW vs RGBCW and have also been looking at WLED solutions. I care about the white output from the strip and want to make sure I am getting something that can give good output there but also can support RGB.

Can anyone suggest a strip/controller combo that works entirely locally? I am comfortable using WiFi based or Zigbee based controllers.
