Custom overlay icons for entities in map

The attached image is showing the entities state with a combination of custom-card and mushroom-chips-card.

My idea was to replicate something similar to the person marker inside the map, but instead of the state I'll replace it with the detected activity (something very similar to life360 which I'm desperately trying to get rid of)

Is there anything out there that can help me achieve that? The only map cards I've found are the google maps card and ha-map-card, but I didn't find anything that could overlay a custom field on top of the profile picture of a person

as for tracking i woud go for https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/traccar_server/ supports ios and android and other due to it being self hosted
