Hi I was in our local store looking for bits and pieces and while I was talking to one of them he showed me things from https://click-smart.com/ as far as I see they are zigbee devices so wondering if anyone have any recommendation for this brand

so... no experience with them directly but... had a look at their website and some thoughts:

They are whitelabled Tuya driven devices.
Their app is whitelabled Tuya app.
Tuya is bad.
if you buy Tuya you will have problems.

some of the devices are wifi (these will call home to Tuya's Chinese servers)
the zigbee ones will likely be locally controllable with normal zigbee network. but Tuya zigbee stuff tends to be a bit temperamental and fall over a lot

for the sockets
the earth pin lever mechanism looks odd and may not be correctly up to spec.
the specs only list 1 current rating so most likely this is resistive load.
if you (or anyone else) plug in a large inductive load. appliance/vacuum/etc... then they could arc internally and cause trips/fires. (this is an issue with any socket with a relay which is why they are generally a bad idea because no matter how much you try someone will plug a vacuum into them at some point)

furthermore, the company itself:
looks like all the directors left and new people came in semi-recently
pretty much all the "case studies" and stuff on their website are pre-change in management. and the latest has had AI used.

looks like the "group" that took over bought their name/reputation. my guess is in order to use it as a name of which to sell cheap Chinese whitelabled products at a markup.

This is not uncommon. these kinda things pop up quite a bit.

I have some ikea stuff only think I can’t get the 4 button remote working properly
Won’t let me change colour at all

I tried few blueprints but I’m probably too stupid to set it up just didn’t work for me
I do came across post that said ikea released some firmware that did brick the left and right button for HA

Will give it a go again today when home from work

When select long press device I don’t see option brightness up

Add action light or device still don’t show anything about brightness up
