#Cannot Create New Automations After Upgrading to 2025.11.1

After upgrading Home Assistant to version 2025.11.1, I am unable to set up new automations, but the previously configured automations are running normally. The error code is as follows:

UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode characters in position 31-37: ordinal not in range(128)

already performed a full reboot of host?

if yes, try from pc/chrome/incognito mode
