Matter - no state updates

Hi. I have a problem with my Becker shutter motors connected via Matter over Ethernet. I can control them just fine (set position, open, close), but device state is never updated. For example now it's "opening" for almoast an hour, which isn't possible of course. There was a time when it worked flawlessly, but I didn't remember the moment it stopped working.

What i checked:

• IPV6 on router is enabled (Mikrotik HEx S)
• Tried remove addon and add it again
• restart HomeAssistant
• restart Router
• repair the device

If the attribute is not updated, it means that the product's firmware has a bug.

You must contact the manufacturer's support team.

But it was working fine for a while and stopped without updating devices firmware. I only updated Matter Server a few time I think

Is the status updated correctly on your smartphone in another Matter eco-system?

I have several brands of Matter roller shutters and I have no issues with Home Assistant.

Unfortunately I have direct connection to Home assistant so can't say

You can try sharing your Matter device with another ecosystem.

I've never heard of this Becker brand.

It's a German brand. It's stable one as it is present on the market for over 100 years or so.

In my opinion, they outsourced the firmware and used low-cost firmware.

Hmm it's still beta one so maybe some features are work in progress. Maybe I updated it one day and forgot I'm not sure
