Disable smoothing for sensor card

Can I disable smoothing for the default sensor card? Left is what I'm after (from custom:mini-graph-card) but ideally I'd like to use the default sensor card. I think this got changed in the latest update? I'm working with discrete values so smoothing makes little sense

actually right isn't great either. I'd want stairs. Maybe I should use a bar graph tho
