I use spook a lot who will notify you about dead entities or other problems

It doesn't automatically disappear when you fixed all

Does this require to also update the telegram send photo and send video ones?

If those are the actions starting with telegram_bot then no action is needed

It only applies to the notify. actions you created with the YAML config
