I am having a hell of a time to install to my ESPs via ESPHome. For the past month or so i have not been able to install new YAMLs to my ESPs (3 different units). I am running RPI5 (4gb) and HAOS (16.4). It worked all year long, no issues. This past month i cannot get the YAMLs to install via wireless, wired USB to the RPI, or wired USB to my MacBook. Every time it crashes my RPI forcing me to hard reboot it. It even crashes when trying to manually build the file through INSTALL (last option), hoping to comile via ESPHome web as an alternative. I've tried completely new HAOS installs and Restored Backup HAOS from months back when it was working fine. Same issue every time. Even tried resetting the esp, which it detects, but the initial ESP "take control" install also fails. Its odd because all 3 ESPs worked great all year with no updating issues what so ever, and now they always crash the RPI during install. This one really stumps me. Every thing i've tried for the past month has completely failed, even leaning on Chat GPT5 for assistance and troubleshooting. Has anyone seen anything like this? My quick google searches don't reveal and major issues to note.
I've included the LOGS and a screenshot when it fails, which is always during compiling, but not always at the same compile command. Connection Lost. Reconnecting... error message never reconnects, forcing a hard reboot of the RPI.
Please help if you can. This is a great paltform that i've put a lot of hours into learning and now i'm dead in the water!
