I have no options in automation to change the colour of my hue colour bulb

I can change it manually in the dashboard.
It's a sonoff wireless switch I am trying to use, I want to set it so holding down the button, resets the brightness and colour but there are no colour options.

Is it not in the 'turn on' option?
