Twitch Integration won't let me change data.

I think I added some data wrong in the initial setup but and get a "Error while obtaining access token." message. I back out and try to add it again but all it does is pop up the same page that it failed with and I can't change the data from the start. Does anyone know how to "reset" the integration so I can change the info? Already tried restarting HA and it didn't help

Tried deleting the twitch application within twitch dev and now I am just getting "invalid client" because it doesn't exist but I still can't reset the info
