#Connect Bluetooth downlights to HA

I am trying to connect Bluetooth enabled Downlights to my HA so they can be controlled and automated.
(I didn't realise they were only BT when bought)

The process so far.
I got new downlights (10 off). fitted and paired with Tuya, all work and are fully controllable in Tuya app,

When I go to them in HA they show as unavailable.

Once I found out they were BT controlled I tried setting up an ESP Bluetooth proxy.
But still can't seem to control the lights through HA.

I tried removing from Tuya and setting to pair mode but didn't see any new devices in HA to configure as the espproxy videos I followed showed.

I tried setting up xtend Tuya in HACS.
I got this set up and can see all devices but the lights showed no longer controlled in xtend Tuya

Any advice, how to's or recommend videos would be great.
Also unsure if Local Tuya would help.

Update on this I installed Tuya BLE (that was fun tried several branches to get a working one), i unpaired one of the lights from TUYA and tried set to pairing mode, nothing was detected. i also tried to add the light manually but was unable to.
