How to Resynch Alexa Devices Integration After Renaming Alexa Device in the Alexa app?

I swapped Alexa devices between 2 rooms of my home and because of this I needed to rename them. When I look at the list of devices in the Alexa Devices integration, the name change has not been picked up by HA and if I look at the detailed device info for each Alexa device the Activity list shows that the various entities have become unknown or unavailable.

How do I resync things to get the Alexa Devices integration in HA to reflect the changes I made in the Alexa app?

I have it working. Simply manually renaming the devices in HA to match the Alexa app names seems to get them working again. I'm still interested in knowing if there is a way to simply resynch and handle this in a more automated fashion. Thanks
