I have my entire home ecosystem currently set up through Apple Homekit, including a (luckily small) house full of nanoleaf thread based bulbs (These ARE the matter a19 thread bulbs). These have worked well until trying to figure out how I could also get them going in HA. I have an Apple TV 4k for my thread border router, however by all accounts cannot figure out how to get them connected to HA. Has anybody been successful with this? Is it even possible to use the Apple TV's thread router to connect thread devices to HA?

I am having very inconsistent results with Nanoleaf and HA/Home integration. What (sometimes) works with some of the bulbs is adding it first to Nanoleaf app, then from there adding it to Home (the only Matter option on lots of these)., then putting it in pairing mode from Home app, and using the "already configured" option to add to HA via the Matter integration.
Anyway, I'm done tearing my hair out over Matter bs be it nanoleaf or anyone else... switching my lights over to zigbee (Flashing Aqara T2 across to zigbee from Matter and other native zigbee bulbs). It's too complex and brittle in the real ecosystem, imho. I'm stuck with it for some things, but fortunately those seem stable. I know they say it's going to take over the world, but life is too short to wait for margeting hype to translate into usable reaility.
The Aqara devices are working consistently for you? I have their door lock and doorbell, but haven't looked into setting it up yet. I have not been able to pair the nanoleaf bulbs via matter a single time.
The locks and doorbell are... Meanwhile, I just got a bunch of zigbee bulbs and they just worked instantly out of the box without the Matter IQ test...
