I used to run HAOS on my Raspberry Pi with a Tado Bridge X as TBR and a couple of Matter Devices. At some point all my Matter devices became unavailable but I didn't bother fixing it because I was planning to upgrade soon anyway.
I upgraded now to more powerful hardware but I can't seem to use the Tado Bridge X as a TBR in Home Assistant anymore. I got the other Tado devices working by importing them through the Tado app but everything from 3rd parties doesn't work. (Error Message: You need a thread border router for this device)
I think I have narrowed it down to the fact that the thread network is not the preferred network in the thread integration and HA doesn't have the credentials for it.
When trying to use the button for sending credentials to HA I just get an error message that I have no credentials to import.
Does somebody have a clue on how to get this working again?

To begin with, change the language to English, that would make it easier to ask for help 🙂
Apologies. Here's the screenshot in English.
Did you try this?

The problem lies with the smartphone.
It must be missing the permissions for the app to write the Thread credentials to your keychain.
Yeah that article is what led me to believe that me being unable to send my credentials to HA is the cause of the issue.
I've given the companion app as well as the tado app all permissions they could possibly ask for, that didn't help.
I also tried the same thing on my partner's phone but that didn't help either.
I've ordered a Sonoff ZBDongle-E now. If I'm not able to resolve the issues before it arrives I'll just flash the firmware to be able to use HA as the TBR.
So I flashed the firmware on the ZBDongle-E and I'm still having issues.
The OTBR network is showing up and I can select it as the preferred network.
I can also activate "use for Android- & iOS-credentials".
On the web interface I can see the "key on phone" symbol indicating it's using this network for credentials.
However: When trying to "Send credentials to Home Assistant" I get the same error message "You don't have any credentials to import".
Also tried using my partner's phone for a sanity check, doesn't work on that one either.
Something I probably should've noted before: I'm running HAOS on a proxmox VM, could this be the problem?
Are there any logs or screenshots I can provide that could help?
I found this bug report: https://github.com/home-assistant/android/issues/4146
The method described worked. Everything seems to be in order now.

Tado's using ESP32 OTBR, can you try type http://ip:8081 in your browser and see if there are any outcome?
