My Home Assistant has two interfaces. 1 for communication and internet - and another (VLAN) for all the iot communication.
The Matter Add-On seems to be binded automatically to the "main" interface, so no device can be comissioned using the iot VLAN.
Is it possible to configure the Matter AddOn to use another interface?

What specific errors are you getting when trying to commission matter devices which make you think this is the problem? There's various other things that can go wrong with matter and vlans to consider as well. Are these matter over thread or wifi devices?

Matter over wifi. The last step is missing, and I see that the device tries to comission itself to the ipv6 local link address of the wrong interface in the logs of the matter addon

ah, link local addresses. you might be able to avoid problems by assigning an ipv6 ULA address range to the subnet so the connection routing doesn't need to use a specific interface.
