I'm running HA in a very overspecced VM (8 CPU, 20GB RAM), with the Z2M add-on, and using a SLZB-06 (CC2652P chip). Everything has been great, until about a week ago. I've tried everything from flashing down and up the SLZB-06, moving it, power cycling it, restarting HA and the Z2M add-on. I have 77 devices and they seem to be operating normally. I've turned off availability, and moved to channel 26 (2.4 Wifi is on 1, 6,11).

I just tried to adopt a Philips Hue bulb after reset using the app and a ThirdReality plug, neither show up for adoption. What am I missing?

Check router if multicast/igmp snooping is enabled > disable > reboot network/ha (to avoid coordinator issues 😉 )

#

check slight overlap with wifi channel 11 and make sure signal strength is good > pair device near slzb

#

sometimes the hue bulbs need to be fresh started with the switch on/off/off etc.

If you have a Hue remote, try resetting the bulb again using Touchlink (hold the on and off buttons on the remote very close to the bulb while it's powered on until it blinks several times and the LED on the remote turns green)

^ a trick for the hue bulbs is to pair them in the hue app first, and then press reset in the settings

#

it forces them into pairing mode (you can delete the hue app afterwards)

they said they did that already, so I figured I'd provide an alternative in case that didn't work for some reason

Ah I missed that
