I’ve gotten the SMLIGHT SLZB-06M Poe zigbee receiver based off online recommendations. I can power it off my Poe router easy enough. But how do I add zigbee smart plugs? Do I need to use the phone app? I’m hung up at this point.

if you have PoE'd your slzb already, you can choose to install and use ZHA integration or Zigbee2MQTT addon in combination with Mosquitto broker.

I would recommend ZHA for easy use

it is easier to use in comparison to z2m/mosquitto way, but lags a bit behind with compatibility of devices, allthough it's getting better..

If I remember correctly the SLZB-06M has an EZSP radio type.
