#HA exposed devices in Alexa not loading
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
Without knowing the many things already tried, Have you logged out of cloud and done a reboot and login?
Also check NordPass extension is not enabled in browser, there is an issue with NP atm.
Tried different browser incognito mode/private mode from pc
?
I logout, i reset ha, i rebooted router and ha, i relink everything back
But why the browser? The issue is with the devices on amazon alexa, it seems is an issue with nabucasa and amazon connection
Thats how the try to load and takes long time if they even load
because the nordpass extension is causing weird behaviour atm, so for troubleshooting i want to eliminate all possibilities that can mess things up.
I have my smart life devices linked to home assistant via tuya then from home assistant linked to amazon alexa and in alexa they are having connectivity issues
How i check if i have that on?
browser settings > extensions
and pls try incognito mode also and see if things are loaded faster
Am not having issues in the browser bro
Is in alexa mobile app
You know how you can expose your device to alexa, thats where the issue is
ok, well then try to delete the alexa app cache, stop and restart alexa app.
ios or android
?
otherwise wait for other users to help here.
Just read from other user that alexa app showing devices is slow, took 5 minutes he said
Yes did all that, i even change password and re login
Yea
It could be Alexa Devices. Do you use that?
The addon no, the way i have them linked is with smart life and from smart life i added them to tuya in ha
it's an integration
Yes that, no i am not using it
I have them added via tuya
looking at logs in ha i see this also: ```python

The above exception was the direct cause of the following exception:

Failed to resolve 'apigw.tuyaus.com' sounds like dns issue..
Can you download and attach the support file using the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the Home Assistant Cloud page in the HA settings?
Sure
