Vertical stack? missing edit

I'm following guides on this on youtube, presently it's having my create a vertical stack. Than add a header, save.

That worked. but i don't have the option to edit the vertical stack after saving? is the guide out dated? I don't have the options shown in the guide

Can you show a screenshot of what you mean?
Should always still be editable unless there is some bug.
