My ZigBee2MQTT keep returning to this pages.. and I am a bit baffelt to the reason :

Did you enable "force onboarding in z2m? >disable. Also you could check if the issue still occurs when trying chrome browser incognito mode from pc

also make sure you do not run the NordPass extension in your browser, there is an issue with that atm, disable if you have it activated.

can you disable rtscts in your first pic and reboot system, then try again. Others will help if help needed.. off for today, good luck!

in the picture i send, you see the 3dots in the upper right corner on your addon?

are you up-to-date with software? checked firmware ugrades etc?

found the setting, " enable "force onboarding in z2m? >disable." and flip it to off.. No chance..

Can this be a problem of this system living a Proxmox ?

given the uptime of your vm, i would strongly recommend a full reboot of vm from proxmox
