I bought a Zigbee shade from smart wings and I love it. But I hate the price. There is no way these roller shades should cost 300+ for a single window. I have little expectations for longevity and support from these companies - and would rather roll my own. I’m curious where I can find the motors similar to their products that all these other no names are using too that are popping up all over my feeds. I wanted to build my own not just for me, but make a learning project out of it and share it with the rest of our discord community on how to DIY. Anyone got links for US purchasing options?

I use motors from https://www.zemismart.com/

You would just need to get the blinds made up on suitable tubes
